The Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland (RHAGP)
was founded in 1927 in Portland, Oregon.
The RHAGP is a nonprofit organization of residential
rental owners and managers in the greater
Portland metropolitan area.
The RHAGP members (Currently Over 1500) have joined together for the purpose of improving the success of the rental housing industry, to enhance the reputation of “landlords” by promoting professional management practices, and assisting local public officials in various community endeavors relating to public and/or private housing.
The RHAGP publishes a monthly newsletter, the UPDATE. The Update holds a schedule of the MONTHLY DINNER MEETINGS, sponsored EVENTS, SEMINARS AND TRAINING CLASSES for the purpose of offering improved management techniques to its members and all rental housing owners and managers of the Portland metropolitan area. The RHAGP also sells the most currently revised rental and lease forms for use by Landlords throughout the state of Oregon, both in hard copy and online.
RHAGP also offers TENANT SCREENING for its members available both online 24hrs/day and by office staff at your convenience.
Non members are encouraged to attend RHAGP monthly dinner meetings, training seminars and classes to see what the RHAGP offers to its members.
RHAGP members receive substantial discounts from non member pricing on rental housing forms, seminars & classes..

Free Notary Service available Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm. Just call the office for an appointment. (This is a members only benefit)

Your voice heard: We employ a lobbyist at the state level and have a volunteer Government Affairs committee to work at the local level.

To become a member:
Regular Membership is for individuals and firms who manage and/or own rental housing in Oregon state.
- Regular Membership Yearly Dues for 1-4 Units: $99, plus a $25 set-up fee.
OR

Regular Membership Yearly Dues for 5 or more units: $110 plus $1.50 per rental unit, not to exceed $250.
Plus a $50 set-up fee.
Affiliate Membership is for individuals and companies who have products or services to sell to RHA
members and who wish to support the rental housing industry by joining RHA. Benefits include newsletter advertising opportunities, Trade Show booths, one free classified listing in the RHA UPDATE newsletter, the opportunity to sponsor monthly dinner meetings and many other opportunities for special recognition at RHA events.

Affiliate Membership Yearly dues: $220. Plus a $50 set up fee.
Dual Membership combines the benefits of Regular Membership & Affiliate Membership. It is for those who own and or manage rental housing and who wish to offer goods or services to RHA members.

Dual Membership Yearly Dues: $255 plus $1.50 per rental unit, not to exceed $285. Plus a $50 set-up fee.
NEW PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP in addition to your regular or dual membership add a premium membership package that will give you exclusive RHAGP benefits, including unlimited online forms, accounting software, exclusive offers from our affiliate members, and access to classes, how-to's and dinner meeting speeches in video form.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not share any member or customer information outside of RHAGP. We do not give out lists of members, address, phone, email or other contact information, except that of Dual and Affiliate members wishing to have their business contact information given out. Members elected to serve as Officers or Directors give their permission for publication of contact information prior to our publishing the information.
