Cliff Hockley – Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services, Principal Broker, President, CPM, CCIM

Cliff Hockley is a licensed broker in both Washington and Oregon who has successfully represented buyers and sellers of
commercial, investment and residential properties over the years.
He is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with years of experience
in all facets of property management. He has managed warehouse,
office, and retail properties as well as mobile home parks,
condominium associations and residential properties of all sizes. He has made value improvements to buildings, developed
budgets, and trained on and off-site staff – Cliff’s strong knowledge of maintenance enables him to advise on the best approach
for major projects that benefit you.
Cliff holds an MBA from Willamette University and a BS in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College. He has served as
member at large on the Portland IREM board, and was named Certified Property Manager of the year for 2001 and 2003 by the
Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a frequent contributor to industry newsletters.
